Japanese Pastry

Brief Design a Christmas theme for a Japanese premium Bakery chain.

Take 1: Create a simple, yet “hyggelig” Danish Christmas village atmosphere on Snow White background.

Andersen is a Japanese bakery with strong Danish roots – the founder was literally trained in Denmark.

The QR code brings the user to a Christmas raffle where customers could win seasonal treats.

The village scene has many references to Danish winter traditions, including a nod to Greenland.

Andersen Group has +256 locations in Japan – their Tokyo flagship store is located at the Omotesando / Aoyama dori crossing.

The concept was used as window decoration, for shopping bags and for an online Christmas game.
